I was a bit worried about booking accessible seats and getting my mom around TPAC, but that part went smoother than I expected. The staff were really helpful with the elevator, which made a big difference. The only thing is the signage could be clearer—we had a couple moments where we weren’t totally sure where to go. Overall though, it was mostly easy to get around

I went in needing help and they took care of me fast. Everyone was nice and made whole thing feel easy.

I used TPAC to grab seats for a show, and the whole process was easy. The seat map was simple to understand, and I was able to find some good options without much hassle. A couple of prices changed faster than I expected, which was a little frustrating, but overall it was a smooth experience and made buying tickets straightforward.

I went to TPAC last weekend, parking was way easier than I thought it would be. We parked in a nearby garage, and the walk over was super short, just a few minutes, maybe. The signs were clear enough, too, and getting in didn’t feel chaotic at all.
Leaving after the show took a little bit, but it really wasn’t bad. I also liked that there were ride share spots close by, in case you don’t want to deal with driving. Overall, really smooth experience, 5 stars from me

I went to a show here recently and the first thing I noticed was how clean the place felt. The lobby, seats, and bathrooms were all in really good shape, even with a decent crowd there. I’m picky about venue cleanliness, and this one didn’t feel gross or messy at all. Really appreciated that.

I saw this back in maybe March or April, so I might be off on the exact timing, but I remember the sound feeling kind of uneven throughout. Some parts came through fine, then other moments were harder to hear or just didn’t feel balanced. The production itself looked decent enough, though, so it wasn’t a total letdown

Booked through TPAC and had a really good night. As someone who usually gets uncomfortable sitting through a whole show, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy the seats were. We sat in the balcony, and the view was way better than I expected, no neck craning, no weird blocked spots, just an easy view of the stage the whole time.

There are definitely some good shows to watch, but not everything is a hit. The selection is decent, though the quality can be a little hit or miss, if that makes sense

Went to a show here and overall the venue was solid. It was easy enough to find my way around, the bathrooms were decent, and the seats were comfortable enough for the night. My only regret is getting there right before the show, because the lobby felt packed and a little stressful to move through.

The concessions were just okay. I expected the drinks and snacks to be overpriced, but I wish I’d grabbed something beforehand because the lines moved slower than I hoped. The staff was friendly, so that helped, but overall it feels like the amenities could be a bit better. Not a bad experience, just not one I’d want to repeat without planning ahead.

They replied quickly, sorted it out, and didn’t make it into some big complicated thing. The person was nice too, clear about what was happening. It just made the whole situation feel a lot less stressful.

Overall, I had a solid experience. The prices seemed reasonable from the start, and what I really appreciated was that there weren’t any strange extra charges popping up later. The fees were fair enough, easy to understand, and basically what I expected, which always makes the whole process feel a lot less frustrating.
